Cholesterol-lowering has become a large global industry worth at least US$ 29 billion each year. Pharmaceutical companies are of course very keen to protect this industry - they invest heavily in the 'education' of doctors and the general public.

Hundreds of millions of dollars are spent each year on reinforcing the idea that cholesterol causes heart disease. However, there are a number of key facts that completely contradict this cholesterol hypothesis. The aim of this site is to communicate these facts, so that people can make up their own minds about this important subject.

Mainstream western medicine is facing a number of fundamental problems. Most people are not aware of the extent that these problems exist. For an introduction to these issues, please read chapter 9 of my book for free.
